Committee Meetings/Activities
The Planning Committee meets every other month on the 2nd Thursday.
Meetings are from 12:00 noon- 1:15 p.m. in the Media Room, Kankakee County Sheriff's Office, 3000 South Justice Way, Kankakee, Illinois. Next meeting is combined Law Enforcement/Court Systems Committee on April 12, 2012 and May 10,2012.

The Child Abuse Prevention Committee meets the third Thursday of every month September - May
Meetings are from 3:00-4:00 p.m. and alternate between the Iroquois County Courthouse, Watseka, IL. in the DCFS Conference Room, Kankakee, IL. Iroquois County Courthouse
2012 Meeting Dates:

Kankakee County TRIAD for Seniors meets the first Wednesday of every month. Meetings are from 10-11:00 a.m. at Provena Heritage Village in Kankakee, IL.

The Child Abuse Prevention committee is collaborating with the Child Network, Kankakee County - Sexual Assault Services and Iroquois Sexual Assault Services on month long activities including library displays, Blue Kids, and Proclamations.
